Registration Fees

• 유관학회(대한면역학회, 한국유전체학회) 회원은 대한혈액학회원과 동일한 카테고리로 등록하실 수 있습니다.
• 만 65세 이상 원로회원은 무료 등록 대상자이오니, 사전 등록을 희망하시는 경우 사무국으로 연락 부탁드립니다.

Registration Process

1. STEP 01 Click Sign-up
2. STEP 02 Fill out your personal info
   and choose category
3. STEP 03 Make your payment
   (Credit Card or Bank Transfer)
4. STEP 04 Check your E-mail for payment confirmation
5. STEP 05 Registration Completed!

• Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to you via e-mail after completing online registration.
• You can check your payment status on your 'My Page.'

• Your payment status will be changed from 'Payment needed' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
• After your registration is confirmed, you can download your registration receipt from 'My Page'.

Payment Methods

Credit Card

• - Payment by credit card is possible through the online registration and onsite payment.
• - The following credit cards will be accepted: VISA, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX.
• - All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
• - The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.

Bank Wire Transfer

• - Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
• - 입금자명은 등록자명과 동일하게 입력해주시기 바랍니다. 기관 또는 단체, 타인이 이체 할 경우, 사무국 메일로 입금자명과 해당하는 참가자 성함 전달 부탁 드립니다.
• - A confirmation letter will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
• - All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
• - All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
• - A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the account on time.

Registration Confirmation (Receipt)

• Registration confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail immediately after completing online registration with a Credit Card.
• Registration confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail within three weeks after full payment has been received via Bank Wire Transfer.
• If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat (icksh@icksh.org), then we will send you the receipt by email.
• If you do not receive your receipt on your [My Page], please contact the secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellation can be made by e-mail and must be confirmed by the secretariat (icksh@icksh.org).
• All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
• Refunds for payments by bank transfer will be made after the end of the conference.
